When to Order your Wedding Stationery

We recommend that you order your wedding invitations and evening invitations at least 3 months in advance of the wedding date. Other wedding stationery such as Orders of Service, Orders of the Day, Menus and Place Cards can be ordered at a later date once details have been confirmed. However they should be ordered as soon as reasonably possible in order to allow for printing times.
 

Price

The price of wedding invitations can vary depending on the design of the invite and quantity. We offer large quantity discounts and also discounts off the RRP of up to 20%.
 

When to Send Wedding Invitations

Wedding invitations should be sent at least 6 to 8 weeks in advance. Sending RSVP cards with these encourages guests to reply. It is advisable to put a RSVP date on the wedding invitations which is at least 2 weeks prior to the wedding date. This allows you to then confirm how many guests will be attending to the caterers. It can also give you time to contact any guests that have not replied.
